Resources

Many neurodivergent people benefit from finding a sense of community and shared experiences. If you are looking for books, podcasts, videos and content to help in your exploration of your identity - here are some of my favourites!

Discovering  either as a child , parent of a child or as an adult that you are an ADHDer or Autistic (or both) can lead to strong feelings, a heap of thoughts and perhaps a sense of “Okay… What now?” It might be exciting, as you can reframe and make sense of experiences in your life with a whole new perspective. However this can also be a difficult time during which you feel you need support for a few months-a year, depending on what is going on in your life.

You need not feel alone and I recommend you spend some time reading, learning, watching and listening to some of the following resources. I hope you find them helpful and a comfort as you learn more about yourself, your child and your/their experiences.
